im having NHL 09 problem

I was trying to unlock my be a pro legend card today, because i was trying to get the achievement, and i did everything, all of the checkmarks were checked, i had 2 trophies as needed, 150 games played and a- overall, and it said on the screen in one place that it was unlocked but on the big card it said locked. I saved the profile, went to the dashboard, took the disc out, blew on it, put it back it, and went back, and it said that I only had 1 trophy that i always had, and i thought it didnt save, but it did. what is wrong???????????
