Is the new Dlc for Fallout 3 ''Mothership Zeta'' worth the 800 points? looking at the overall gameplay and new items/weapons etc...?worth the 800 points?
''If you need more Fallout, Mothership Zeta isnt a bad deal''-IGNworth the 800 points?
2-3 hours for normal run through... maybe 4-5 if you try to get all of the audio logs and explore everything... Only a few new weapons... VERY linear... like little to no freedom like the other DLCs and the full game... I think it is worth it if you are a completionist... but if you just want something more to fallout 3, I think it falls short... Point Lookout or Broken Steel would be more for you than this (if you don't already have them that is)... I got it and liked it... but I am a completionist and I have bought all of them... so my opinion is kind of biased...
ok, I guess I will get it then, it looks pretty cool. Thanks for your replies! ;)
I thought it was worth it. Some people thought it was repetitive and short. I spent about 5-6 hours playing it, collecting all the logs and exploring and looting the ship. Worth it IMO
I know some people didn't like it but I loved it. Even though it was pretty linear, exploring the Mothership was really fun, especially getting to see what the aliens have been up to. The alien weapons are also pretty good and you get an item that allows you to repair your guns by 30% without needing a duplicate weapon.
if you liked Fallout 3 then i think it's a good buy, otherwise no.
