Which game do you think is better?

The poll speaks for itself, but I personally think Oblivion is better as it has more depth and your not running around a world that looks like it had a fight with a steam roller. Not to mention you do have more freedom with Oblivion, a longer lifespan and more enjoyable quests and creatures to kill. What do you think?Which game do you think is better?

I love both, but prefer Fallout over Oblivion
oh wow i actually haven't thought about this...i love them both...I enjoy fallout more because of the atmosphere, but i love Oblivion more because of the swordplay...its really a tough call for me
i prefer Oblivion, i felt the environment was alot more varied and encounters alot less repetative for example like 90% of people in the wasteland are hostile. Im also taking DLC into account too, Oblivion in my eyes offering the superior. Characters design also seems much more in depth aswell.

I can't really vote on the poll because I have only played fallout 3. but I enjoy playing fallout 3, for itsatmosphere, and its fun gameplay. :)

Fallout 3 was funner to me, and the story was easier to follow.
Fallout 3. Although I didn't give it much of a chance, Oblivion did not do it for me. I had loads of fun with Fallout 3. Definitely one of my favs from last year.

Wow, I can't believe Fallout 3 has 75% of the votes considering Oblivion is regarded as the best RPG of all time. The main things I hated about Fallout 3 is that there is no grass, forests or life. I didn't like the fact you couldn't swim because of the radiation poisoning and I thought the navigation through the train sstations could've been a lot more better. The lack of good merchants too did my head in with me always going Rivet City to sell my stuff off plus the armour selection was very dissapointing as it is easy to get the best armour for a low price. It would've been a nice addition if you could hook up with one of the women in the game since they are teasing you throughout the whole game and you are only risking your life and taking a few bullets to the head just so they can have better standard of living. I just thought in general Fallout 3 had so much more potential and things to offer. Then again I only expect the best when it comes to RPG's.
Fallout 3 is better in SEVERAL ways. there's tons of stuff to find and plenty to do. plus, you can approach the game in SEVERAL ways.

ive played both and found that oblivion is better cuz its eiser more open and jst alot more exiting bt fallout is a great ggame too.
I had a hard time with this one. I'll go with Oblivion.
For the few steps forward Oblivion took the TES series, it took several leaps back. That's not to say I didn't like it, I spent a lot of time in Oblivion.I liked Fallout 3 better, though I'm sure the hardcore FO1/2 fans didn't like it.One thing about both games that I didn't like is that I eventually felt godlike. Oblivion was easy the whole way through, but around level 15 or so in FO3 I never had the fear of dying that I did earlier in the game. By level 20 death was an afterthought. Only the Deathclaws kept me on my toes, but with the dart gun they started to pose little threat.
Enjoyed Oblivion, hated Fallout 3 (I'm a fan of the original) so it's a shame Oblivion's losing.
Oblivion. I loved FO3, but Oblivion had more quests, guilds to join, the arena, more enemies, and it was beautiful.
I hated oblivion... so fallout 3 by default.
