Yes, and its very exciting for everyone.. even me, i'll be selling my original FALLOUT3 copy for it.
when does it come out? I used to have, but now I find myself wanting to play it often :P and saving money on DLC would be VERY helpful lol

Interesting, im a big fan of Oblivion and have been considering getting Fallout 3 but have always been putting it of, maybe now i'll finally play it.
