Xbox live marriage

i'm sure we all have odd freinds but listen to this. awhile back i was playing halo with a buddy over xbox live. one game this chick was on our team and my bud eventually partied up with her and left. that was 3 months ago. i hadnt talked to him in a while but apparently the girl lives in the same city(Boston) and they are the same age(23) and they had been dating since, today he tells me he's gonna propose to her, a person he met over xbox liveXbox live marriage

not so strange anymore in these days. i actually think its cool at least he knows his wife is a true gamer lucky bloke
wow that is crazy. i would never of thought about anyone meeting someone on xbox live. a lot of times people are 12 year old boys swearing their butts off.
I know why you really started this thread. You feel lonely. Your homeboy is moving on and your still stuck playing xbox all day waiting for your dream girl. I hope you will find her, if we not we can say you died trying. As for your friend. Hes one lucky guy. I just hope their relationship doesn't get torn over the love for their xbox. I've seen it happen so many times. Such a tragedy.
I'd personally never meet anyone i met online in person but good for him. And i've heard this kind of thing before too, it was a news thing on Live i think too. A guy made a forge map with ''will you marry me?'' written in some item i believe, but it could have been a different game.
wow! that's the coolest thing I've heard in awhile! it's romantic, though. in a gaming sorta way lol :P

Look at it this way. If you meet a girl on live, before you meet face to face, theres a good chance shes a fat lazy gamergirl who can kick your butt in anygame you play together. That's emberrising(sos my spelling)

well since they both have their own xbox i wouldnt think so. theyd probably have them sitting side by side on two different tvs using a wireless connection so they can play the same game sometime! that would be SO AWESOME! man, im jealous!
I'm from MA to :)At least he actually met the girl and diddint fall in love with her solely over XBL.
That's really nice. Now he just has to figure out how to have two TV and two Xbox in the same room for online co-op. :)

If they live in the same city, then chances are they've met, and if they ''fell in love'' as people would put it, then you can't argue with it. comparing that to people meeting over the internet and NEVER personally meeting, yet getting into a relationship. Thats just ridiculous. But if they clearly see something in eachother, then its not much of anything any of us can judge someone about.

i met my partner on xbox live as well and we are about to get married. im from nsw australia and he is from boston usa... we met over a year ago playing fight night round 3.. then he came to australia and spent 3mnths here with me... he only returned to the usa 3weeks ago... but he will be back here again at the end of this week.. we intend on getting married in next few months...

i have xbox live an EA to thank for making it possible for us to met by makin online gamin so easy and fun xxx

and i was a single mum of 3 , and 33.. he is 25.. so we aint young kidz who dont know what we are doing..

goodluck 2 anyone who finds that sum1 special on xbl... i never in my wildest dreams thought i would and never intentionally set out 2... its just an added bonus now that we both love gamin and each other..

Aw thats cute, so is he going back to the US after you guys get married or will you then find somewhere to live?
well we r hopin he can stay here , as we r willin 2 sponser him and my brother-inlaw is willin 2 employ him , but otherwise he will have 2 return 2 the usa when his visa expires then return here again... as im unable 2 go there because i have a terminal health problem and its recommended that i dont fly due to this... but other then that we takin it each day and while he's back in usa and im here , we spend 90% of our time playin xbox and video chattin... but cant wait for him 2 return at the end of week xxx
