Mass Effect vs Oblivion??

I love RPG's and played oblivion a lot. I also have Fallout and Fable 2. I was wondering which of these is the best..Mass Effect or Oblivion. I know its just an opinion but I hear that Mass Effect has A LOT of boring quests. I also liked KOTOR so I'm aiming towards ME.Mass Effect vs Oblivion??

i hate how people compare two totally different types of games

they're both good, just depends on your tasteMass Effect vs Oblivion??
I'm going with Mass Effect because of the story.. Sorry I compared 2 different game ^^^.
i absoultely loved oblivion but mass effect was pretty good too. i just thought ME was slow in the frist 3 hours of gameplay and then after that it really took off. Oblivion is really good but the whole Oblivion Gate thing started to eat at me after a while but there was still plenty of other stuff to do in the game as well
Mass Effect ftw! Oblivion was uber boring.

dont worry about it, i tend to lean to oblivion mainly cuz once you beat it you can keep playing. but while your playing ME, its AMAZING
both are way different but I liked ME better. I love oblivion, but the combat system in ME and the story just sold it
