Another Nazi zombies problem

I just recently purchased map pack 3 for call of duty world at war. this map pack was supposed to include a new Nazi Zombies level called Der riese however when i went to play it, it sent me back to the market place trying to get me to download it again i have re downloaded several times and it is still doing the same thingAnother Nazi zombies problem

As for the map problem there may be some solutions on the Xbox forums somewhere, i will take a look.
No luck yet im still searching!

This must be a rare problem or something, i cant find anybody with the same problem around.
that is weird i dont have that problem and none of my xbl friends have it either hope it works soon
