new update issue

any one in the beta program notice that there gold member veteran year is wrong i have had xbox live for 3 years now and it only says ive had it for one. any one else having this prob to?new update issue

It's the total time you've been gold, so you'd need 364 days total for there to be a 1.



48 hour trails do not count.
I get that also. I have gold for 4 years. And every time i put in a new card, it allways says, 1 year member.
does it even matter? it may be a flaw, but who cares?
What if your gold ran out a year ago and you renewed it recently, but you had live long before then?Does it count the years before or does it restart because you haven't been a gold member for that many consecutive years?

I was also wondering about this. Does anyone know.
Its only the beta, right? So it could just be a mistake.
From what i understand, if you let your Gold subscription run out for over 14 days, or if you createda new gamertag using a new credit card, it resets your Veteran status.
its not a huge deal but just like with achievements i like for people to see them, reason i ask is my buddy's is correct, and no i have had live for 3 years consecutivly no 48 hour trials just 12+1 month cards and stuff like that
Same here. I've had it since August 2004. It's only at 3 years, when it should be 4. It should be 5 by the end of the month.
