xbox live suspension. help me.

So, i got a messege from xbox live stating that i haven't payed the monethly fee from my credit card. And i don't have any money on my credit card, so i got suspended. Will the suspension release once i get money in 2 days?xbox live suspension. help me.

if you dont have any money on your credit card, you shouldnt use it so much. you're gonna have to pay back all your debt before you can use it again i believe, but i wouldnt know for sure, i dont down a credit card for this very reason.xbox live suspension. help me.

I don't have any debt. this is the only month i have.

whats happened is this, its a re-occuring subscription payment, so your subsription come to be renewed for the month, your card rejected it so you have been charged a fee for bouncing the payment. if its going to run out and u cant pay u should always cancel the xbox live subscription, then it runs out when the payment is due instead of trying for a payment which bounces, which results in a fee for bouncing a payment to microsoft.



so u might have to pay 15pounds or something to get ur account back on, if u owe them money by incurring fees by bouncing payments they close ur account after so long unpaid, ur account gets deleted if its not sorted within a certani lenght of time
After you've paid I would call them up and turn off automatic renewal. Then from that point on buy the subscription cards instead. If you use the cards and let your time run out your account is simply lowered to Silver, not suspended.
once you pay xbox for what u owe ur account will be back to normal
